To register a student new to our school, please complete a Registration Form and attach a copy of the student's Birth Certificate and BC Services Card as well as copies of any legal documentation pertaining to custody (if applicable).  If the student has a former school, please also complete a Records Request Form. 

Completed forms and documentation may be returned to the school by:
