To register a student new to our school, please complete a Registration Form and attach a copy of the student's Birth Certificate, BC Services Card, proof of physical and mailing addresses (eg. utility bill) as well as copies of any legal documentation pertaining to custody (if applicable).  If the student has a former school, please also complete a Request for Student Records. 

Completed forms and documentation may be returned to the school by:
